ADEL is resistant to bacterial beta-lactamase, which is indicated against strains of M. catarrhalis, H. influenzae and resistant to penicillin, ampicillin and cephalosporins S. aureus. ADEL penetrates into the cells and therefore is effective against caused by Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infections.
